Что тут не понятного? У чувака на аккумуляторе накрылась плата BMS и он правильно сообразил что чем заказывать у производителя новую батарею по бешеной цене (плату на замену там купить невозможно), то ,дешевле купить комплект литиевых ячеек (42 шт), новую плату BMS 7S для литиевых ячеек, другой контроллер и другой дисплей и прочую мелочевку и все это собрать по схеме на 24 вольта на велике. При этом у него получился выигрыш в емкости аккумулятора в 2 раза. У старого было 9000 mah , а он получил новую батарею на 18000 mah и при этом получилось по деньгам реально почти в 3 раза дешевле. Я бы на его месте за потраченные им 200 евро собирал батарею с контроллером и тем же дисплеем на 36 вольт по схеме 10S 6P. Вот и вся суть, а как он это делал и как кинул европейского производителя, все подробно показано

Hola David, I have a Sparta Ion LS with a bad battery. Can I also just replace the original green batteries and keep the original sofware/controller or is the software on the controller not allowing this?

You can even do it for under € 100,- if you use the original NiMh batteries. Often these are OK and only the circuitboard is faulty. Just take the + 24 volt from the fuseholder to circumvent the electronics.

The cells in the original battery are glued, you cannot replace them.

Hi Bassel, first of all I never used the oginial battery for anything, the cells are OK but the electronic sucks, so if you want to reuse the cells is not needed to remove from the case. I never was able to remove from the case, the epoxy they use in factory is too strong to be removed. PLEASE TAKE A LOT OF CARE WOTH THIS ACTIVITY, I SHORTED OUT ONE CELL TRYING TO REMOVE IT FROM THE ORIGINAL CASE AND ONE PACK GET ON FIRE FULL OF CELLS, VERY VERY DANGEROUS, DON´T DO IT. WITH ONE STUPID, ME, IS ENOUGH. Thanks. DJ.

Hi David, did you found out how to solve the error E007? I have the same error on my bike but I'm not using the throttle, so my motor doesn't work. I'm only using a PAS sensor. Any help is welcome. I checked the hall sensors and they are working, also when I connect the green settings cables the wheel spins. Any suggestions?

I can’t be more satisface, I use the bicicle every day. The max speed pedaling and helping the system is around 40km/h. I changed nothing at all after this time.

Can this motor take 75v 50A or 60A? I am willing to get this motor to test how much power it can take just for fun. They are super cheap here in Poland.

It should be able to take at least 55 volts. That has been done. But you have to realise that the only way to determine the maximum wattage is to raise the voltage untill smoke comes out :-)

@@mbcrecords2356 kinda the same of rest of Europe but the service of a battery builder is cheaper. You buy the cells and give to the guy who build custom battery. I only use Lipos so I don't have to deal with that

I would recommend Daly. They cost a few bucks more but are highly superior to the real cheap ones.
