IKR when your lecturer only explained this based on his worded PowerPoint slides

This is so relatable. I'm using this series of videos to teach me what I need to know for an assignment

Haha, don't think the university lecturer is making the least amount of money out of the whole population! But the video was very helpful.

This is very clear and easy to follow! I wish my course could use more examples like this!

thank you so much, I just watched all your videos on heteroskedasticity, it's so clear! I'm gonna keep watching for multicolinearity, so helpful :)

At the University of Manchester our course supposed worth thousands links all of your videos, as the lecturer knows that they are the best thing to understand econometrics.

what happens if the error variance is nonconstant?
@sharad51492 жыл бұрын
Just to confirm it’s not 6to the power 2 right, that’s a Greek letter which is a constant ? Correct? How do we find that value of the constant do we have the do the OLS test in stata?

Are heterogeneity and heteroskasticity the same thing? My econometrics lecturer says I need to know how to estimate and test for "heterogenous effects".
@MayaMaya-rb5wc7 жыл бұрын
Hi Joseph, no heteroskedasticity and heterogeneity are not the same things. Not knowing your model, I can only assume that heterogeneous effects are like individual effects. For example, does your gender/education/family status have an effect on your dependent variable.

thank you so much for all your help, do you have a video showing how to proof the expected value of the estimators are unbiased?
