Great series of films. Inspiring me to beef up my ox with some cbeam and screw rod... That Z axis looks solid! I've got the rest of the series left to go though, so maybe it changes!

Ive recently upgraded the machine to use 10mm lead screws.

Hi looking good so far hope you continue the build, did you manage to connect the Invertek VFD from one of your earlier videos ? any info / pointers, was looking at one of these instead of the cheap chinese ones. any help appreciated cheers G.

Thanks for the update Those bo bo,s are strange the first looks like HSM CAM problem , I use f360 so take this with a pinch of salt did you pattern the hole and select all the same size As to the second again was the a pattern of two parts or multiple WCS offset to cut the second part Just the ramblings of a old git 🤐

As you will notice in the video the plates are sat side by side in solidworks using 1 WCS, after doing a GotoZero and restarting it cut fine.

That last problem it maybe the ghost offset bug, there is a bug that gets in and it throughs the offsets out the window, you can't find it in M4 the Gcode looks good it sims fine everything looks perfect and it does stupid shit like that, the same thing happens with Mach3, the only way to find if you have it, it does other stupid moves that are not in the G Code if it does other stupid moves you type G40 and G49 in to the MDI and it clears it, haveing G40 and G49 in the initialization code in mach or the Gcode does not help
