The blade is forged from American S35VN powdered hyper steel. This is a rare steel that can be ground to a fine edge without compromising strength or edge retention. Dalstrong’s own diamond-like LionArmor coating takes the blade to extraordinary levels of both hardness and durability. 60 HRC on the edge, one hundred HRC on the surface - almost twice as hard as the average knife steel.
