Marched with MSU in the 70's. So proud. Still march with the alumni band and stroll (as we do at all home games) with the MSU Alumni Band Strollers. Love playing (trombone) for the tailgaters, especially today with such an excitement in the air. Great combined halftime show! Thanks. Greater victory!! Thanks!

At first I thought "Oh cool, they are using the two different uniforms to define the set". After a few minutes I completely forgot this was two different bands and just enjoyed the large band performing. Great stuff!

Biggest damn marching band I've ever seen. And quite possibly the best. How in hell did you guys manage to learn drills with the bands intermingled like that? Did you end up just racking up lots of bus miles between EL and AA this week to practice?

Both bands learned their drills independently, then the morning of the game the two bands finally rehearsed together for about an hour, and that was all the rehearsal time they got before this performance!
