The real historical meaning of "the boneless" for Norse people is to describe how they move while fighting, if you're quick and avoid blows it describes you moving in an unnatural way as if you don't have bones. So an alternate name could be "Ivar the jellyfish"

Most of the Bear Helmets actually have metal helmets underneath. But I was also thinking the same thing. I will be remaking the mod for the updated version of Bannerlord so I'll give more variety to the Viking units in the update.
