Can’t decide because Sephiroth’s One Wing form is my personal favorite version of him. I don’t have either of them but I’m hoping to get the Remake version for my birthday later this year.

The Advent Children figure wins because of the wing. Helps that Sephiroth’s design doesn’t change much between AC and Remake. Though I do wish that alternate closed-eyes sculpt could have been on the AC figure. For my own AC Sephiroth, I actually bought a second Kai stand just so his wing could have more support. I worry about him falling and the wing does not help in that department. Had help from my dad to make a wood base with the correct size holes. Even painted the base black with silver clouds myself.

I have had AC Sephiroth stand on his own since 2017 on my shelf. Never used the base because he's surprisingly stable for having that huge wing. The trick is to move the Masamune a bit in the other direction which is no problem since he's got wing on his right shoulder blade and is left handed.

Yea, I love the AC version! If they had just done the remake with the same head-sculpt, I would have said remake even without the wing because of the height. The AC Sephiroth face looks so menacing while the remake one is like he is bored. Since PAKs are not to scale, it’s good to have Sephiroth taller. Do you the Gametoys Sephiroth as well by the way? That one looks super nice, but pretty expensive now in the aftermarket.

I seriously love your entire collection. It's so awesome, and beautiful!! Your videos actually encouraged/convinced me to get the Cloud and Fenrir set! Would love to own a lot of the ones I see in your cases, but they're just simply impossible to find once Square Enix takes them off their store 😭 I'm specifically hunting for any of the FFXV figures, but not luck at all. But thank you for the video! They're always informative and just fun to watch :)

I love the AC version, the wing kills it but I actually prefer the remake version. Not sure why but he just seems more intimidating. Think he's a sharper figure overall as well. Either way you go you are getting a sweet piece of art for your display. Great comparison vid, cheers.

Just ordered the AC version. Thanks for the info. The wing made the choice , they both have ups & downs . Too bad AC didn’t have the swap out face with the closed eyes as well. Or yah. Give the wing to the remake.

I've always loved the AC desing, specially with the wing and the facial expression (very intimidating). The Remake version I think looks more sharper and cool, but I hate his facial expressions wich looks so callmy and empty. Hoping that SE make a new version with Rebirth in which we can have the Remake version of sephiroth, but with better faces and the wing 🙏

Yeah I think the AC Sephi is better overall, but the Remake has a better body structure. Knowing SE they will definitely make a Rebirth Sephi and every single character dont worry, they milk the entire franchise with these products lol.

Knowing Square, they will very likely go for a double dip, or even a triple dip if possible. This is the same company that released the botched Bring Arts 2B and before even a year of release, announced a 2.0 version lol.

I personally don't care about the wing tbh but it's a nice extra. Wouldn't display him with it though. I much prefer the Remake version in terms of design but the AC face sculpt is better.

I have the AC but I prefer the remake because of 2 reasons.the height makes it more physically imposing. 2nd, the hair sculp is better.

I love both, AC has the amazing wing, but the Remake has a far better sculpt and is taller.
