Spartie vs K1llsen - Battleforged / Bloodrun / Sinister / Furious Heights (QuakeCon 2016)

The biggest Quake Live LAN event is finally here. Like previous years, the tournament will be divided into different tournaments throughout 3 days.
On Thursday, day 1 we'll see a focus on Quakelive Duel.
On Friday, the second day, the granddaddy of First-Person Shooters returns - Intel QUAKEWORLD 2on2 Team Deathmatch Open will take place on regular QuakeCon stream.
Last but certainly not least, day 3 will wrap it all up with two grand finals - Quake Live duel and QuakeWorld 2on2.

What's with the framerate on this video? This has 1080p60 unlike other videos, but has quite choppy framerate on both qualities?

This is a VOD of the original broadcast, Twitch didnt do 60FPS back then so its probably a 30fps video. Unless the QuakeCon video production crew had their own recording at a separate FPS from the Twitch stream.
