Dude you nailed it 💯my gate my arm/hand If or when I get upset they both get worse to the point I’m dragging my left foot around In the morning my fingers are straight on my left hand by night time my hand is clinched ☹️ Is there any stretching I can do for my hand and fingers?

Wow currently dealing with this in my right leg. Is there anything that will help??? Currently in physical therapy and taking baclofen like candy but nothing seems to work
