SPATIAL ANOMALY: Truly Something Special! | STALKER Mods Review #7

You've been a lot to tell me to try this mod, it's been on my list for a while but I decided to bump it up after all the recommendations. Well it was well worth it, what a great experience. Probably one the best story mod I played so far for Call of Pripyat. It could be an "official DLC" of the game, you wouldn't notice any difference. Go check it out as soon as you can!

I remember I was voicing in first versions of the mod, I was the stalker you first go on a mission with, the leader of the novice group that comes to Mercs and that ghost of the stalker. Shame the dev didn't contact me to re-record, esspecially since by the time he was making the new version I had better equipment as well as finished my acting degree. But this was basically my first time with voice acting in general, so despite that I wasn't called to re-record voice lines, it was still a good expirience for me, for which I am grateful to this mod. You can also hear me in True Stalker! I am that Controller everyone hates fighting with XD I recorded that way later down the line after Spacial anomaly.

I played this mode in 2022 I think. I got lost on a few quests and had to google the solutions. Other than that it was great. Maybe the updates brought more polish and quality of life improvements. Good video by the way!! PS. I'm in chapter 8 True Stalker. Having a blast!

if you crash when you read the pda i switched my res from 2 k to 1080p and made it windowed and it worked. you can switch back after and everything is fine

Yes, finally someone talks about this gem of a mod! Moreover, wanna bring some facts on the matter. First of all, this mod was created by Ukrainian mod maker who’s working as a police officer. He was working on the of Spatial Anomaly 2 - continuation of the original version which would’ve brought 3 new endings (more or less) and add a lot of new things to the gameplay. Unfortunately, due to russian aggression Igor Melnik, aka Professional, aka creator of this mod couldn’t find time to proceed on improving the mod and so what we have atm is the original yet updated with the latest patch version of the Spatial Anomaly.

Hey ive had a problem playing the mod. I finished the quest to bring an artifact and now nobody else talks to me. Some tell me to go to sleep but I cant sleep, no matter where I aim on the bed I cant get the sleep menu to pop up.
