It was the same with iPhone. A couple of years and VisionOS Platform will be as popular as iOS. Remember the initial keynote? Tim Cook Said about a Platform. Not a device. People Are just too shortsighted to see anything than their current life.

Thanks for the update!! 🎉 We love our AVP’s I purchased 5 AVP’s Fully loaded ( 1 terabyte ) I also purchased 3 extra batteries per AVP … I love the experience I remember life before video games, yes I’m 50 plus yrs old Trust me , ppl my age are blown away with this type of technology!!!! Apple keep it coming!!

Families buying it at $3500 ++ a unit? Very rich families! The killer ‘app’ (roach) be would a device in the $1000-$1500 range, then the average person could afford it, and families buy it.

This is a first version full of specs , expensive ones to define the uses cases, we will see cheaper models, non pro later to be more mass market product for sure For now it is more a dev kit

When you are on a FaceTime call with someone, you should see the spatial persona button which is like a human figure on the right side just above the other controls.

Yep, no set up needed. You can only do it on a FaceTime call with another Vision Pro user.
