Spatula Madness always manages to convey like, an uncanny valley sense of that. Like, sure, it's silly and it's about talking spatulas. But also.... sometimes it just gets a little Too real. Like, in an uncanny valley way that somehow feels a lot more uncomfortable than if you watched this happen in an animation with normal humans in a world less absurd than that of Spatula Madness. you feel me?

A few years back me and my best friend were on our first 'guys holiday' we spent one of the days hungover drinking pints at the pool bar, watching videos we loved when we were in secondary and film cow was one that came up time and time again. Film cow was such a big part of my childhood just woke up about a day ago and thought to myself remember those talking horses on yourube and those animations, so glad to come back and still see this channel alive. Keep up the goodwork you guys have played big roles in a ton of peoples childhoods and everytime i rewatch a video it's like a time capsule back to whenever everything was great :)

@@Squizznot "Spatula Madness" began as a short film, which I eventually expanded into a planned feature film in 2006. After I abandoned the movie in 2009 I went back to making shorts. Those shorts are unrelated to the movie, outside of the fact that they star spatulas. The recent run of shorts (starting with The Miller Report) are part of a connected story-line centering around the ominous company known as "jere: the company that does"

The movie was cancelled in 2009, but Spatula Madness was a series before then and has continued on after. The Breakroom, The Doctor’s Office, The Pen, Perfect Business, The Miller Account, The Storm, Dividends, and now Framing, are original shorts with no connection to the cancelled movie outside of the fact that they star spatulas.
