Also being a user myself would like to add my experience of this product.Product is bit expensive at present, mainly because sales are low so dealer margins are more.Also due to v less thickness (4mm) even small undulations ( if any) on the floor underneath are felt while walking on top.Otherwise in all other aspects this flooring beats wooden flooring

That is bad of him. But go and check the item before taking delivery. If it's fine you can ask him to load in front of u and pay and get the material home. You have to use your judgement in this. If is a renowned shopkeeper I don't think he will do anything wrong.
