Nice video bro, I pushed out my review on it this tank last night. Same sentiments as yourself and Petty. Not broken but certainly not poor either. It’s definitely a good TD and that shell velocity is something else! My only criticism of it is it’s another TD in the game flooding an already overpopulated TD mm. This is where I think WG are making the game worse. They’re not addressing the sudden meta shift to TD’s. It’s not just the introduction of new TD’s doing it but the contract upon contract requiring a TD to complete it. That’s 4-5 months of the mm filled with TD’s. Kind of makes most other classes irrelevant. Anyway my point is made if you’re still reading this then your patience is god tier 😂 GG bro 🍻

The gun is derpy? All the Groms i met in the game shreded my tier 6 mediums for 750-800 hp. High alpha tanks without many obvious weaknesses are not good for the game.

Yeah the gun can definitely be derpy if you do not fully aim. The tank is very strong, but it does have weaknesses. Which is a good thing, in my opinion. Tbh a t6, you are going to get shredded, by most t8s.

@@therandyduckmost tanks are derpy if you do not aim. Some are derpy even fully aimed, like the su-152 (750alpha). Its a little wrong to say that every tier 8 shreds a tier 6. If a T28 shoots you once, you loose 400hp+- (given that it has the big gun), not the end of the world. The Grom takes 90-95% of the hp of a t6. This tank is much more OP than the previously feared prem TD-s, like the su-130pm and the scorpion (both paper tanks - HE) Its mindbogling how one avarage player in this tank, can singlehandedly win you a game. Most of the games i played yesterday that had a Grom in it being top 3 with avarage players using them.

I will have to agree to disagree with you on the su 130, the tank has a higher skill ceiling for sure, so your average player might not do as well. But that tank is incredible. Still one of the top t8 tank destroyers in my opinion. The panzerjager for me, is the most OP t8 tank destroyer, but again, it has a higher skill ceiling. I’m not arguing the grom is not strong, but it definitely has weaknesses. The 5 degree ark on the gun, arc means, you need to adjust often, which then full blooms your aim. It also has very poor view range. The T28 is one of the worst t8 tank destroyers in game imo.

@@therandyduckthat is exaclty my point. To be good in the su-130 and panserjager requires a higher set of skills, which majority of wot players do not have. The Grom, the t9 monster tank and the Avre, all are broken, meaning any mentally challanged player can do more than skilled players, trying to grind out shit stock TT tanks. Lets take another rubbish TT tank, the Ferdinand: Grom can 2-tap a Ferdinand, while a stock Ferdi only does 700 dmg if lucky. How is that fair or even good for the overall game experience? Wot console is becomeing more like COD or ‘’hero simulator’’ where most players die in the matter of minutes and respawn in another tank just to do nothing once more. The game is going in the wrong direction lately and many OG players are leaving because of that.

@JoeMamaisgae I just don’t put the Grom in the same class as Avre or nightstaker. Especially the night stalker, the night stalker, is horrendously op, and has no weaknesses. Whereas the grom, does have weaknesses. I’m not shy, to share my opinion, when I think something is OP. As I did with the night stalker. That tank doesn’t belong in the game. And I agree with your sentiments. Just in my opinion, the grom is not in same class. Whereas I do think the grom, is a very strong tank, Im not so sure it’s op. That’s just my personal opinion.

really enjoy this tonk,a bit derpy but the camo is very good,works good at tier 9 and 10 and dominate at top tier

Prior this prem tank my tech tree ISU at tier 8 was a good tank. Now it turned to garbage, thank you very much WG😡
