Cindy, yesterday my ear was hurting badly and pain was getting worse. Holy Spirit reminded me to speak to it. I did. I didn’t shout. I just said pain! Leave! 3-4 times and it left! Just left! I realized it later the pain wasn’t there ♥️

Thought did arise that I might have to take pain killer and it would get worse ! But I captured those thoughts and said! No!!! To it!!

I spoke to my son’s skin, now it’s normal! My son had white patches…Dr said it could be vitiligo. But I said no!!! And now it’s not there !!

I have been coughing badly at night and I speak to my throat and tell the cough to stop and it does. Praise be to God!
