Yes ma'am you are absolutely right. Only practice can make us perfect not other things. Frist of all we have to overcome our hesitation. I do same process. I go to front of mirror and start to talk alone. But my mother looks at me and start laughing. I can speak english 10 to 15 minutes but after that I repeat same words that's why I need to memorize new words which one help me to speak fluently.
