My bro fevibond or is type k adhesive se itna heavy magnet kabhi nhi tikta ye fir se ik side a jayega. Use only Fevitite or any good hardner/resin bond. Apart to adhesive method is gud.👍

Bhai meri repair ki shop hai 1 se 2 saal pahle b fevibond hi use kiya abi tak to koi complaint to ayi ni ho sakta hai ap sahi ho.

rajveer singh bahi maine use kiya hai isi liye bahut der pahle abi tak usme koi problem nahi ayi hai bas fark sirf itna hai j bahut time leta hai set hone me aur magnet jab centre me ata hai to uski bahut strength ho jati. To retain the most power and magnetic efficiency out of as magnetic 'circuit", the plate surfaces and magnet ring surfaces need to be as smooth and close together as possible.. By not taking time to clean the adhesive off of the pole plates and ring, the plate/ring contact surfaces are gapped, ever so slightly, but GREATLY reduces magnetic flux conduction.. Think about the pole plate and ring distance like any other 2 magnets or iron----- the closer they are together, the more strong the attraction, the farther- the less the attraction.. His technique might be close, but the quality of workmanship and loss of efficiency of the loudspeaker after reassembly are absurd.

सर एक बात बताऔ मै अपने हाथ से 12"स्पीकर 300 वाट का स्पीकर बनाना चहेता हु पर एक बात समज मे नही आ रही है कि 300 वाट की मैगनेट बडी होती है बो 12"कैबनेट मे कैसे कसी जयेगी क्या मैगनेट मे और भी सुराग होते है कैबनेट कसने के लिये ? क्यू की मै पहेली बार स्पीकर बना रहा हु !

So I repaired a speaker it turned out to be fine the coil is freely moving and totally OK sounds fine too but when I turn the Bass on the Cone vibrated really too much the Bass is not like original built .. So anyone who can tell me where might be the issue?????
