The bible says we are to resist the devil and he will flee. It’s not about denying, it’s about not coming into agreement with satan’s lie. I command that pain to leave and I declare what God’s Word says about me - it’s got nothing to do with the physical senses. His Word says I’m healed, so I’m healed. I will keep speaking life over my body, re-enforcing the victory obtained for and forever settled on the cross.

Pat Alessi I don’t have anything to prove to you. I have commanded sickness to go and it left, I have commanded growths to dry up and they dropped off. I’m not interested in passive Christianity, but the way my God has shown me. You do things your way and I’ll do mine the way God instructed me through His Word.

Pat Alessi what positive thinking are you talking about? I’m faith speaking and I never suggested to lie, I’m just choosing a better report - that is to believe what the Word says about me and if that means by confessing by His wounds I’m healed and it makes a difference with a 2 week recovery verses 8 week recovery then I will declare what GOD says about me in His Word. I know my relationship with God and what he’s asked me to do through His word in my life and he has always come through - He wants me well, he loves me! I can’t help your experiences or beliefs or YOUR interpretation of the Word... what I do know is that the Word Works, and the Lord speaks to us personally in a way we understand as an individual. I follow His instructions obediently and thanks to His grace and mercy my prayers are answered. God Bless and best wishes with your journey.

I have been confessing deliverance from Cerebral Palsy since 1980. I have believed always and I will continue to believe. I have had manifestations of healing in the past. Spastic muscle associated with the condition left my body in 1996 and never returned, after I was in a healing service. I was baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1987 and I pray in the spirit. Sometimes, it's difficult to understand why we must wait so long for the promise. I know it's God's purpose and my destiny to be healed and help others to believe for healing. I wish I was more patient.

April Dunn Hi our daughter Tina was diagnosed with cerebral palsy in 1982. She was not born this way it was an accident when she was 3 weeks old. She does not walk or talk. My husband and I have prayed for a complete healing for Tina since 1982. We don't speak negative words over Tina we don't say it is her CP (I hear Christians claiming its their sickness/disease all the time and when they are not healed they say it's Gods will! I don't believe it is God's Will for us to be sick).We believe that we will see the manifestation of Tina's healing in Jesus Name. You have to see that Bible says that you have been already healed by the blood of Jesus, Jesus already paid the price by the Cross for your healing, it is already done. Listen Andrew Wommack, gospeltruth.tv and read Becky Dvorak, do what they say and you will be totally healed. Don't say anymore anything negative like: I have to wait for the promise, I have to wait long...Start confessing what the Word of God already says: By the blood of Jesus I WAS healed, I AM healed. Please don't get me wrong. But get the demons out first then everything will be ok. You can not call the body to heal when it is an effect of demons control. Instead of confession of healing. Demand and command daily that the demons of your condition come out. You must be free of Unforgivenness and any other ills that go against the spirit of God. Do it believe for a month and it should work.

So if you are asking for prayer for a loved one, & you tell their symptoms & what they need healed of, in the prayer, you are in a way negating the healing just by describing the symptoms? I don't want to give any weight to the sickness, but to ask for specific prayer from others, it'd hard to not include that. I definitely don't want to allow the symptoms with words, but while they're there you can't ignore them...you just have to speak to them, right? Also, if you are speaking healing into a loved one's symptoms, but they aren't at a point of strong faith and are continuing to give into the sickness and symptoms, can you still get them healed? I say silent prayers for my mom every day and pray over her most nights, when I can....but I know she's always been negative and has always claimed illness and symptoms, etc...probably b/c she didn't know any better, and still doesn't. I just want my prayers to work either way, no matter what she says. Afterall it may take her a while to get close to God and start believing she can be healed. I am still learning as well, even though I've believed in healing and miracles for many years. I just don't want anything she says or any worst case scenarios that come to either of our minds, negate, stop or counteract a healing, b/c I am trying and praying & believing so hard to get it. I just need to know beyond every doubt and every circumstance, that it will indeed manifest. Lord, I need your help there...sometimes I have trouble not fearing and not doubting. I do have faith but I feel I have lost some in the past several years. Please help me and please let my prayers still be answered and my mom still be healed, in your holy and almighty name. We need this healing, greatly, Lord, and only you can do it...I believe that, I just need to see it come, and soon, Lord. I was told on a prayer site many months ago that whatever my mom is suffering from is a serious disease. I was told that by someone I didn't even know, and I had not given much information besides a few of mom's symptoms and the areas that needed prayer. I figured it was an evangelic seer of some sort who sometimes gets "words" on what people are suffering from. And now it plays in my head every day, "this is a serious disease" and a great deal of fear comes with it, and I can't shake it. But why would the holy spirit have wanted me to have bad knowledge like that, afterall I thought most words of knowledge, like on CBN, came with good news...they will follow up the symptoms they see with "God is healing that for you." I just want to believe that the man who said it can be proved wrong and that whatever is that my mom is suffering from can and will be healed. But I believe the man's words have been like a stronghold..."this is a serious disease" replays in my mind every single day and shocks fear into my heart & I don't know how to get past it. Please Lord, let us rise above every serious disease...I have been rebuking the enemy, rebuking disease, cursing the sickness, rebuking curses, commanding evil spirits, spirits of infirmity, the devil, etc, to leave and then yet the next day I will still see symptoms in her. I thought I had a breakthrough the other day but then worse symptoms happened yesterday. Lord my heart can take no more...I need this healing and I need it now. I can't see symptom progression any more. Please Lord, I need help...help my mom and I, save her life, heal her body and restore her heart in the name of Jesus Christ. And please if anyone sees this, please pray for us, please keep us in your prayers if you can...help me storm the heavens on my mom's behalf, I'm really struggling here. I know you have heard me Lord, and I know you have healed before, please don't let this time be any different, you are all I can count on, in the name of Jesus. I demand this healing to manifest in mom's body, and soon, in Jesus' name. Lord help me to stand on it, and if you can send any prayer warriors forth to help pray this into manifestation, I greatly appreciate it. Thank you Lord and God bless teachers like Becky who are trying to help us, teaching us how to pray to the holy spirit, and helping us know how to heal. Amen.
