Yes, that was the Lord. A good interpretation of tongues from the Holy Spirit. The Lord has more for this woman who stepped out in faith and gave the word. The Lord is our strength Psalm 28:7. Psalm 139:13. Psalm 44:21. Psalm 139:2, Isaiah 41:10, John 8:31, Isaiah 55:6, Colossians 3:2. James 4:7-10. These are things the Holy Spirit is reminding his church of and calling us to at this time. Encouragement to all the saints in the Philippines from Australia.

Wow..... So much could be said about this video. A few issues are disconcerting ..... firstly, it is unusual for musicians to just keep barreling over what appears to be a tongues and interpretation moment. Well hopefully you all will do what was said and "seek him with all your heart"..... If God is requesting this it..... It means that you have not been seeking him.

@@Mrcrisis2012 we should be careful with declaring demonic attribution, but in all things, exercise love, grace, and truth. Personally, I think this church needs some gentle correction to have an assembly that's more orderly. The scriptures show me that tongues shouldn't be forbidden. However, the scriptures also show me that they are praise and thanksgiving. The scriptures don't show me that they are prophetic - so the fact that the interpretation given is in the first person gives me caution. Perhaps one woman had a tongue to share, but the other, a prophetic message. I don't know and I don't judge their hearts. What I can say is that it appears as though the assembly didn't get the interpretation - and as such, the woman speaking in tongues should sit silently and talk to herself, and to God. I think this church needs correction and structure so that there's order and no confusion. We shouldn't prohibit speaking in tongues, but in love, make sure those who have something to share, share it within the guidelines of scripture.

While your opinions are noted - they are that alone: opinions. Persuade us from scripture. Paul told us when the perfect comes is when we will be fully known and when the gifts will no longer be needed, because God will be with us.

If you speak in tongues, and want to interpret, pray and ask. Then receive. If called upon to speak in tongues and interpret at some time during the service, by the leadership, just speak in tongues a bit, loud and clearly enough for all to hear, and then give the interpretation, which will be the substance of what you have just spoken in a tongue, and it will be edification by way of comfort and exhortation. God knows what you have intended to do, by permission of the leadership, and he will give you what to say, by inspiration of the Holy Spirit. If you have something, you may give it. As you do, he might give you more. When you run out, that's it. You gave what he wanted you to give. You may also prophesy likewise, which is the same, except you do not speak in tongues first. I believe God wants tongues to be heard, and there is an order he has established by his commandments. There will be consequences for churches who violate his commandments, and blessings for those who obey them properly. It's all in I Cor 12-14, more than enough right there, to do this correctly. The one who speaks in tongues is the only one, who is told to interpret. No one else is told to interpret by scripture, even though I suppose God could do that. However, the better a church keeps the commandments the better, right? The cross is still the way, and there are consequences for every sin.

Exactly. It’s so weird that people have this dry as dead bones doctrines trying to invalidate speaking in tongues. I went to a full gospel church and I would have questions about “many things”’and god through the prophets would answer them the next service. When you go to a church and god speaks to you in first person through a prophet about everything you were questioning from the previous service there’s no debating it’s validity. I really hate debating people. I witnessed it just like I witnessed that there was a gas station on the street corner where I got a fill up that carried me through the week. But someone’s going to say there is no gas station and you didn’t fill your tank and I drove around on empty all week? Who jumps on a high horse to tell you such things? Actually someone with discernment of spirits called the source of such contention as “religious spirits”.

@@skyeprophet3564 It's a rhetorical question, much like those in 1 Corinthians 12:29-30. And, like the questions in those verses, the answer is obviously, "No". Tongues are not prophetic. The interpretation of tongues should read like something out of the Psalms, directed toward God, because "he who speaks in tongues speaks to God" (1 Corinthians 14:2). But, really, the obvious problem here is the lack of order. While the woman is giving the "interpretation", you can hear the other woman still "speaking in tongues". They are not doing things "in turn" (1 Corinthians 14:27), as the Lord commands. God is not a God of confusion, but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). And, if anyone, including you, doesn't want to recognize order is needed, then they too should not be recognized (1 Corinthians 14:38). Let "all things should be done decently and in order" (1 Corinthians 14:40). The grace of the Lord Jesus be with those who are His!

Not quite true, it's not Gibberish to God, just to you. For the person who speaks in a tongue speaks not to people but to God for no one understands them, but they speak mysteries in the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 14:2. The interpretation was a web of scripture. I was writing a post before and I was pulling out scripture reference after scripture reference. In itself this doesn't neccessarily confirm the Word as being from God, but it also matched with scriptural doctrine and the heart and testimony of Jesus. Surely if you know the Lord you observed this? Big green flags saying it was from the Lord all over the place. Unless you are arguing that scripture is not from God? Or are you only upset, because the idea of someone giving a prophetic word or interpretation of tongues doesn't align with your own unbiblical theology?
