I love hearing the fam speak in French. French was my first written language. Our parents put us in French immersion since pre-school. I will always be fluent even though I grew up in an English speaking household. Your son is fluent. Well done!

Sam’s French is adorable. I am from Indian & to and is married to a wonderful guy from France . We have a son who attends a school called Lycee Francais de Toronto . It’s a program from France . My son is fully bilingual. He’s dad speaks to him only in French - while I speak English. I am ok in French like Sam . What I find super difficult is rolling my R’s …. Whenever we visit France , the locals always have a hard time understanding my “ French “ & that pisses me off . Zoe will pick up the French in no time . Sam’s French reminds me of myself .
