Thank you for speaking on this you can protest the family of George Floyd have ask for peaceful protest and I have seen that there has been protest in London more importantly speak up when one of your friends says something racist correct them when you see someone being treated wrong defend them being silent is being compliant ✊🏾

Thank you for using your platform and privilege as a South Asian to raise awareness about the broken system that we live in. Our South Asian community has a lot of learning to do, and we, first and foremost, need to address our own racist biases. its funny how in secondary school you have a whole term dedicated to the whole Nazis where as when it comes to black history month I just used to have a little assembly, the least we can do is spread the message of #blacklivesmatter. but I must say most Asian families also do not support black lives, it's funny how now that this is viral everyone one wants to join in to support, like being an Asian girl, I know that if I brought in a black boy and said I want to marry him, even if he is Muslim I am pretty sure my parents will say no. it is just disgusting how people only and care about things that are going viral.
