I’m not sure what others think, but I love your channel. You’re a creator who has inspired me to learn Japanese, explore diverse cultures, and it’s clear that you put so much care into each video. I really appreciate that you include Kanji with the readings. I passed N4 thanks to your videos. Thank you so much! 🥹💖

Thank so much for the extremely interesting video! Your speaking was very clear and I was surprised how much I was able to understand, (about 95%!) and what I wasn't able to understand I was able to figure out or look up because of your thoughtful subtitles. I hope that you are able to continue to make thoughtful, interesting and beautiful videos like this one!

Loved the video! Had to use a translator here and there but it was very manageable and super interesting! This video is so good! Thank you so much, Sensei! I'm Buddhist, so this video has a special meaning for me. I also happen to believe in 萬物有靈, something that parallels the main Shinto belief. I have learnt much from watching this video. Thank you, Sensei! On the Japanese language front, I made a point of paying special attention to all the ki 気 phrases in your video. I shall jot down some notes about them. I think there are four ki phrases in your video. Thank you!

I love Shinto, I relate to its values❤❤❤❤There is beautiful nature, too. Even through the screen, I feel at peace. The videos of shinto shrines in Jpana, especially those in the countryside, feel more holy to me than the churches here.. I can feel entering into another world when you walk through the torii... I grew up next to a forest. I feel like there are all kinds of gods even here in germany when I'm surrounded by nature... I am atheist but I like shinto and buddhism. In Düsseldorf, Japanese workers came here and built a Japanese-style house which alos holds a Buddhist shrine. We have a large Japanese community in Germany. I wonder if torii somehwere else in the world would have the same meaning as in Japan..

Thanks sensei for this beautiful lesson! I am kind of late to this video, but I hope it’s alright 😅 I think you should try doing ASMR fumi-San. Basically ASMR is type of sounds you make to relax people’s ears. Because your voice is calm and relaxing. I also really like the editing!
Hello again, Fumi-ssensei! I kinda dig the Japanese ways of understanding religion as a whole, and I like the concept of having many gods, which is quite rare in The Philippines. Hehehehe 1:21 Abunai! 😮😮😮😮 8:53 I heard about this anime, but I have yet to watch it, maybe after Ponyo. 😅 13:27 MURICA!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 13:41 which is a big contrast to The Philippines, in which the population are divided into these groups: 80% Catholic Christians 10% Protestant Christians 5% Muslims, 3% Bhuddists and only 2% unsure.😅 14:14 I wish more Filipinos think like this. 24:03 While the Majority of Filipinos are Catholics. 😊😊😊

Hej Mina san I love your voice. It is calming. It is difficult, though, to follow you because of the speed. And japanese has no stop between words. I had a lesson in creativity with Fred from Canada, who spoke 44 languages ( He said that you cannot teach other people skills, if you don't speak their language). He was one week late with the seminar, because he were surprised that it took him 3 weeks to learn Danish (not 2 as anticipated) just as much as it had taken him to learn japanese. Danish is very much the same tone through out the sentence, so it is difficult to separate the words. Furthermore the "Zoom in" way of building the sentence. How did you manage the opposite when learning english? I mis a translation that is given in the japanese order. I have tried to interpret some japanese popular songs that way - that makes it a bit easier. Thank you for your nice walks in Japan. Regards Steen
