what's your opinion on swifties boots on kled? i feel like the other boots (tabis/mercs) dont have much value rn unless into heavy aa/cc, and i feel the extra ms is really good

So what DOES the spear do? Cuz I see a ton of numbers and words and they confuse me a lot and I cant quite tell what the benefits really are. :v

Big stats on its. Bonus ability haste on your non cc spells based on your bonus ad. The bonus ability haste doesnt apply to ults

Bonus haste for basic abilities that scales with your bonus attack damage. Haste given is less for immobilising spells

the passive on it gives bonus ability haste to non ultimate abilites so it basically just gives u addition free haste which can be nice on some champs

@@FeedaboiYT ah I see. I wonder how useful this could be mixing with 5 other items that grant extra ability haste. Itd be funny being able to consistantly spam your abilities one after the other, maybe even more terrifying on someone like fiddlesticks considering fear and such.
