didnt check but without getting spear2 buff you might as well just play gs, you must hit with the outer edge

@@Mastro1363 That's what I was afraid of. This is true even though dps.report reported your Phantasmal Lancer was 3% of outgoing damage?

The thing with pvirt is that a lot of your damage comes from phantasms turning into phantasmal blades when they finish their attacks. If you dont cast empowered spear4 it only summons 1 phantasm, making you miss out on a phantasmal blade proc (not to mention spear2 also doing more dmg if you hit with the outer edge)
