Erosion didn’t make it sharp, geologically speaking its young volcanic rock that cools in sharp edges, erosion will smooth it out

I only just found your channel last night, lol, I'm truly loving it, it’s just so cool, I just showed it to my mother to watch as my mum & dad sailed around those area’s in the 70's with Ernest Hemingway’s granddaughter Reanne Hemingway-Douglass & her husband Don Douglass, they sailed from Punta Arenas to Buenos Aires, Concussion, Tristan da Cunha to Cape Town (South Africa) then back towards Saint Helena, Fernando de Noronha, Port of Spain around that area, then down through the Panama Canal & up to Puerto Angel, Cabo San Lucas & finally up to Los Angeles, It took them over just 3 years, They were very lucky as it was only meant to be a holiday to Punta Arenas but they met Don & Reanne in the harbour & they asked my Mum & Dad to come sail with them and be crew, they had no idea how to sail but they agreed & learned fast, amazing journey, watching your content gives me a visual aspect of what it would have been & looked like, so it’s just become close to my heart, thanks I'm watching through your stuff now & following/subscribed, just love your stuff, please keep it up.

We used to take our boat cruising for weeks, sometimes months in the Bahamas when we were younger. Searching all the different islands. The limestone rocks are sharp and slice you up. After you get your sea legs, being on stable land you still have that sensation of rocking with the sea. You guys are bringing back so many memories.😎

I have been binge watching all of your vids for the last few days and am almost caught up. Love watching your adventures. Please be more careful on your shore excursions by bringing adequate water and a decent First Aid Kit. You haven't mentioned if you have any First Aid training, but I am sure you both are more than capable of handling emergencies, especially if you are SCUBA certified. I am a bit of a prepper and would love to know if you are indeed carrying to shore at least some minimal gear like a knife, First Aid kit, flashlights, fire starters, Marine radio, insect repellent, etc. Stay safe, have fun, enjoy life, and keep up with the videos (they definitely are eye candy for the soul). P.S. When are you two getting married?...this has to happen, you are so good together.

I would definitely come back with the metal detectors! I don’t know how high the cave was above the water level, but it’s possible the reason there was no footprints in the cave is due to storm surge from hurricanes hitting the island. And bring a saddle. Ride the goats back to the dinghy! 😂
