A little suggestion next time you go diving in cold water, bring along a thermos of warm water and just before you get in pour the water in your wet suit around the neck till it comes out by your feet. It works.

In the late 70's, when I lived in Naples, Florida, I caught a lot of Spotted Sea Trout. They do kinda just come to the surface and flop real easy, but I consider them a very tasty fish. They have a unique taste of their own and it is delicious in my opinion. Outside of Snook and Pompano, they were one of my favorites from that area.

being a tampa boy i am more comfortable with the gulf, but many times i have had sheepshead and speckled trout on the same plate and sheepshead always won. speckled trout is delicious too...fantastic video
