Dude that’s bad ass. Definitely trying this next year . Do you have a a link to the regulations on spear fishing In WA state?
@MukADuck2 жыл бұрын
Look up the WDFW sport fishing regs. there are some spearfishing specific rules for saltwater but most are the same as rod and reel.

Great work! I've only ever picked up crab in Halfmoon Bay. Is the current hard to fight against?

thanks! the current is unpredictable, but it slacks off at points. Still trying to figure out westport haha

@@MukADuck is there any sharks? And I've always wondered do see lions mess with divers. Or is it rare? I watched this video of some surfers surfing in a new spot in California and got chased by a huge sea lion. It was funny to watch but they are huge. So wondering can this be an issue?
@MukADuck2 жыл бұрын
The orcas kill great whites that come up here, so predatory sharks are a non issue. I've had sea lions swoop past me and my friends at Westport, they are usually just curious.
@raystravel83252 жыл бұрын
@@MukADuckthat's good to know about the sharks. I honestly didn't know. I knew killer whales did eat great whites. I just didn't know they did such a good job at protection the area. But I suppose with any baby orca that might be in the area, it would be expected they would behave like this. That's good to know, I think diving down to get the fish would be allot more efficient.
