The Surgeon Fish or Chicken fish as the villagers call them are my favourite of all . U dont need to even ad any seasoning with them, just grill or fry , not over done and the softest most tasty white meat EVER, and virtually No bones . Plus crazy Ollie,, one last dive and Oh the luck with the Dogtooth broadsiding u .

I have noticed one thing.. Ollie is a foodie. This is a new fish but it's pretty good eating. Never seen this fish before but it's pretty good eating. This huge mangrove tree is hundreds of years old and has stood the test of time and I hear it's pretty good eating. The coral here is so beautiful with all sorts of wildlife living on and around it and I hear it's pretty good eating...... 2 weeks later. I've been stranded on this remote island for a few weeks now. Turns out these boats the locals make out of a solid tree trunk are pretty good eating.... Might not have thought this one through but here we are and that's ok.. That's life.

Just watched some of the coolest coral shots ever seen. The coral in the jungle, hard to believe that was once below the surface. Midnight snapper & trout 2 most beautiful fish - up there w Tusky. Crabbing Coral in the jungle. The interaction w locals. Such an awesome adventure. In minds eye gives one some idea of what Solomon’s are like. Not an easy thing to do. What a terrific series, Ollie. Thanks for all the effort you put in for our benefit. If you're looking for another location, can I suggest the Sumbawa islands in Indonesia? Loads of pelagics, crystal clear water and plenty of spots to choose from. I just got back from Pulau Tambahan, off East Java and it was absolutely beautiful (not spearfishing). The world is your oyster.

I watcht a lot of your videos, i think that 1 roller is to weak, you need double roller, to have a good penetration, and when you hit the fish to get in at all.
