@@Zerofg1 I get the criticism and this is not to contest any of the points you make, its just that I find spending multiple hours a day on watching a show that is divided in 20 minute episodes as a bad way to consume that media, ultimately the fatigue one gets from that kind of experience sucks out the joy one may get by watching the show since wasnt intended to be consumed that way (like eating a whole snack package as lunch). Honestly watch the summary movies/specials if you arent that far into the show or drop it if you arent enjoying it, ennies lobby is the peak and no amount of future big reveals will bring you excitement if you find it that mind numbing

I mean one piece is good, but it has some problems liek the length, it's in japanese time so one fight is 20 chapters instead of 2, and japanese comedy which can get stupid really quick But in terms of world, characters, and specially foreshadowing, it can get really cathing. Hopefully with this new summarized movies the can get it more accessible to the western non anime watcher, or modern lazy anime watchers that can not follow a show if it is not packaged in 10 seasons of 12 ep each to build hype But yeah, different show for different audience, OP is a 1999 japanese show for japanese people in japanese lenght, if you get invested its good. And Avatar, a western masterpiece in western format, with wester humor and western lenght pretty much
