You can test it yourself, the only time IE rush is ever better is with poke damage because the crits do a lot more damage. But for dps the kraken passive and statline is way more potent. It’s only 5 less ad but has tons of attack speed, a flat dps damage increase passive because it’s true damage, compared to IE which is pretty inconsistent at 40% crit. There’s a reason many adcs are still going zeal items second in IE builds
