It depends on how far you go to express your hatred. That is why antisemitic laws exist. But it would be better to understand why you are mentally sick and also if you believe in karma, you will be reborn to deal with the darkness in your soul. You might laugh and you probably will, but we learn through suffering and "karma, throughout aeons, manifests to teach us to live in harmony with Dharma." In the same way, one of the reasons the gazans are suffering so much, is their sick, medieval mindset reinforced by hymass brainwashing. All this is heartbreaking but we come to karma, we come to taking the right path through life via the path of suffering more than not suffering. If you are interested in understanding your suffering and you like reading, there are plenty of good books.If you have the money you could travel to India and that would be eye opening and soul opening.
