man the lyrics of this arrangement. To those out there struggling over Christmas regardless the reason, I think this was a heartfelt encouragement for hongjoong to keep going. And I would like to sincerely add that I too hope that your Christmas will be one filled with joy regardless how ur previous christmases have been last year or all your life. “Even if it’s a tearful sad happening, I’ll cover it up pure white on the anew snow” There’s a fancafe letter by San that happens to somewhat talk about this (just search up the translated Ver on twitter) it talks about painting over sad moments with happy ones and in the same way I think hongjoong is wishing that we paint over the pain of our pasts and previous Christmases with happy memories this year no matter how few of them there are. Ofc easier said then done but if ur feeling lonely, maybe put on an ateez vlive, melancholic and dancing to a hype ateez playlist may cheer u up, bored but maybe learning how to draw hehetmon or trying out one of the mukwooyoung recipes might bring about some joy. Whatever it is, however your Christmas goes, just know that this video and ateez will always be by your side, cheering you on whenever you need it. and if Christmas comes and it’s the worst day ever for you, “Just let the past be past, let them pass”. It may not be a happy memory but sometimes all you can do is wake up the next day and keep moving forward at ur own pace. I hope this comment brought some hope to those dreading Christmas.
