M.ed is essential to teach at university level along with either NET or PHD. And the nomenclature is B.ed-special education (ID). Don't get confuse by the change of words.

B.ed is for teaching higher classes. D.ed is for teaching primary classes. Choice is yours. In my opinion after graduation B.ed is good. D.ed is after 12th.

CTET is central eligibility Test and REET is State eligibility test. With REET, you'll be eligible for Rajasthan only. But with CTET you can apply Pan India.
