It’s a lot of work to make the shami kebab, a shortcut you could do is check your local Muslim group for any “aunty” who sells them, usually they are like 10 for $20 and then they are really easy to assemble.

Dont use egg. Man people who are alergic to egg ask not to put it. Kebabs can be cooked without egg. And simple skip the egg. Anda wala burger or shami burger is most common in Pakistan like bhel puri or masala dosa in india. In karachi they put this yougurt chatni. In lahore they dont. They put mayonese instead of that yougurt chatni. You can add chese instead of egg
