Man I can't believe that Midway put all that effort putting all the details in Mortal Kombat Shaolin monks by having you play MK2 once you complete the smoke mission and play the suffering 2 demo horror game that scared the crap out of me when I was little. They don't make awesome games like this anymore that were so simple and fun.

Ironically, you can't fight against Smoke in that MK2 port because pressing Start pauses the game. There's isn't a way to change the buttons either.

I vividly remember having Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks and discovering this Demo on it (mind you, I was like 7 and English was not my first language. I can’t even remember how We found this demo game on the disc lol) I was already pretty scared of the gore on Mortal Kombat… but having played this demo back then as well… I was scared shitless and would leave the room everytime The PS2 was booted on LMAO. Now though, I really like Mortal Kombat and Horror as a genre. How times have changed 😅

That is a good question and the reason I put this video in with the Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks series is because of the nostalgia. If you played shaolin monks back in the day you probably would have came across this demo for the game and also the suffering is made by the same people who made mortal Kombat.
