Nothing but the biggest respect to the fallen soldiers and the survivors who got out of the fight alive but they struggle with PTSD and/or other traumas. It's so sad to see how the government treat these people who voluntarily joined the forces to protect the innocent, risking their lives, being out there for themselves, leaving behind wives and children not knowing if they will ever see them again. These people have guts of iron, hats off to them!!

The National Guard is the OG of the Army. National Guard: December 13th, 1636. Army(Active): June 14th, 1775. Look up Angry Cops on YT. He'll school you on why everyone has their part to play. Ever heard of the Harlem Hellfighters? Read some on that and come back and tell me National Guard shouldn't get the same respect, I dare ya. From spending the most time at the line of any American unit in WW I, as an all-Black American Regiment, all the way to the front lines of Covid in NYC. Do not get me wrong. I greatly respect what USASOCOM does. But everyone plays a part. Duty favors no Patch.

I’m 18 and finishing my senior year of high school. I’m a good student, I show up to class on time, do my work, pay attention, I don’t skip school, etc, but I feel like something is missing. It’s been a goal of mine for a while to at least attempt to do something like this. My grandfather was my biggest role model and was a 27 year army veteran, and his story has always inspired me. I’m hoping to do ROTC in college so that I can still pursue an education but also go into the military afterwards (and the fact that the government would help pay for college is nice too haha)

Mr Strikeforce now french army is nobody just usless crap ? haha good joke ! the French army is the 5th best army in the world, 1st in Europe, present on all world military conflicts for 40 years, military bases on every continent of the world, French special forces that are among the best in the world and who are very active all over the world to fight terrorists, one of the rare countries in the world that has nuclear weapons, one of the rare countries in the world that has an aircraft carrier, one of the rare country that can produce a fighter jet like the Rafale, one of the rare countries in the world that has excellent military intelligence services DRM and external intelligence DGSE, one of the few countries in the world that can project armed forces around the world for military conflict, one of the rare countries that produces military equipment national and therefore not dependent on other countries, one of the rare countries in the world that is active in the fight against terrorism, So if our army is useless as you say, then what about the other countries of the world except the USA, Russia and China !

@@julienfr6247 it was ranked the first in the world in ww2 but it's not about ranking it's about the heart and leadership, truth is hard ,France pre ww1 is snowflake country ruled by snowflakes ( I call them snowflake because snowflakes melt under pressure ) and your modern military tradition is built on the white flags and surrender.

Don’t forget that when you put the title ‘special forces’ in context of the US military, that means the Green Berets. Every other USSOCOM unit is considered Special operations, NOT special forces.
