800 gm after cleaning 1 kg Qeema 3 tomatoes 3 onions fine cut 1 tb adrak lehsan Namak Adha haldi and garam masala Pona tsp zeera 1 tsp laal mirch Paani Pakaein 25 se 30 minutes Is doran qeema na hilaein. Piyaaz tamatar mix hjaega. Paani dry krein Add in 50gm makhan Bhoon lein Adha cup desi ghee Thora zyada ghee hoga 10 15 minutes bhoon lein Dry kr lein Adha cup dahi , hari mirch 5 minutes pakaein oil Ready kr lein
