I bought a 2-way ticket from Aeroflot in February 2020 and flights are cancelled due to COVID. It’s been 14 months since, still they didn’t REFUND. Everytime I write email to Aeroflot they copy+paste same answer. Why should I have to follow DEGREE of RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT? I am not your citizen. All I want is my money back. I told you that I don’t want any kind of VOUCHERS or CERTIFICATES. Since writing email is not working, I haven’t choice but write here. I would NEVER fly with you Aeroflot in rest of my life.
