Yea that's exactly what i didn't like about this show. It's realistic in terms of writing and acting and then suddenly becomes too Bollywood action styled dramatic. It feels like the Himmat Singh scenes are directed by Anurag Kashyap and the agents scene by Rohit Shetty :p

When the sociopath said don't cuss at me ,it just show his nature fromwhere he brought up. Remember when kasab was also not happy with the cussing language of cops.When you speak in Urdu ,it's very civilized ,cultured and etiquette language. So even they're bad people their language is very respectful. On the other side, Indians even we're good people, our language is little harsh but sound similar to Urdu. He comes from Rawalpindi (A city of Pakistan).He's brainwashed but didn't have habit of taking cussing.

My comment abt divya dutta's character being shown as Muslim, to inform the audience that these are the bombers, was deleted?? I'm not saying sth islamophobic! The makers deliberately showed them bumping into abbas sheikh (who has been made a Muslim character to balance the other stuff that can be misconstrued as anti Muslim) to inform the viewers that these can be the bombers. The moderators need to be more sensitive towards people's FoE ffs.

Special Ops over Family man, anytime. Both are good but this series is next level and so beautifully made. 1.5 is something else!!!

I think fight scenes are a bit clunky because these characters are not professional martial artists... I mean if you look at how soldiers are taught hand to hand combats around the world.. here finesse is not important but being smart and knowing the way around a lot of holds is.. so generally also..if you put an army guy vs a professional martial artist.. obviously the artist will win on grace etc.. also we have to remember these characters are coming out of nowhere..leading normal lives so they don't have practice daily..and also . Hired muscle generally are also not professionals.. so eventually their fight is not going to be an IP man level.. but dirty, slow and funny at times.. and i think makers have chosen that tone deliberately for this show to keep it real.may not have worked.. Also for any spy . To come out if any situation..there are three stages..first use the brain, then firepower and rarely brawn..
