कौटुंबिक हिंसाचार प्रकरणी मंत्री धनंजय मुंडेंवर कौटुंबिक न्यायालयानं ठपका ठेवला आहे. तसेच करुणा शर्मा या य मुंडेंच्या पहिल्या पत्नी असल्याचा निर्वाळाही कौटुंबिक न्यायालानं दिलाय. करुणा शर्मांनी धनंजय मुंडेविरोधात मुंबईतील कौटुंबिक न्या्यालयात घेतली होती. कोर्टानं हा निकाल धनंजय मुंडेंसाठी मोठा धक्का मानला जातोय.
