It is a positive effect that the talents are coming to this field from other field, but it is also confusing that why many candidates of upsc are from engineering especially electrical whereas they have bright future in their respective fields, I think something is 'gadbad' in their field hence coming towards civil service exam instantly after completing studies without pre background of study purpose or focus.
