Good explanation why it is inverse situation. But it is very tricky company as its organic growth is unpredictable. If it makes acquisitions and only tries to grow inorganically it will be seen as a holding company and still valuations rerating won’t take place and it will continue to trade at low valuations. Separately as Trump puts significant tariffs on China and it devalues its currency there will be significant steel dumping further causing deterioration in its core business profile. It’s highly uncertain bet to take in near future. Maybe in 6 months time can take a re-look.

Couple of near term triggers.. - Restarted production in acquired company - Started production in expansion which is almost 50% of existing capacity - Indian steel producers have large capacities coming online this year which means demand will be robust. So far they had 250000 ton capacity which now stands at 370000 and another 60000 should get started in 2 months. With top line growing further, bottom line will also grow beyond the 250 crores point quite significantly. With Manganese prices corrected, this should only grow from here.
