Ibidun is an incredible person in life and even at her death. I just got to know her about a month ago and l was sharing her works with my close friends. But a few days ago l was on the phone with my sister who said a lady died in Nigeria and she was describing her. Then l put the phone down, opened KZbin and l realised she has gone to be with the Lord. I had to console myself but honestly l am still feeling the pain. I know as a Christian l should not question God. But to be honest her death has affected me. If l feel this way, l don't know how this has impacted her loved ones. Please if you are reading this pray that the father will send his Holy Spirit to comfort Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, Pastor Ibidunni's siblings, her mum and all those that are suffering right now. I've been clicking on anything that has "Ibidunni Ighodalo" since Sunday. I got to know her (not personally) through Tomike Adeoye's channel. At first, I was so concerned about how Tomike in particular would feel (cos it's excruciatingly painful losing a loved one) and I thought it was strange. Only for me to even get so absorbed myself as days passed. I just keep wondering and asking internally "How can she die?" "Don't people like this live so long and they're celebrated elaborately after they pass for a smooth journey on earth?". After losing my dad exactly three months ago, I've realised death truly never makes sense to our minds because I was thinking at some point that "no, this is different from my dad's, my dad's was devastating and utterly painful, this is shocking, mysterious and sad". Well, all tributes and condolences I've seen so far had this aura of grief and desolation. This video is the first to give me another perception of the incident. It makes me feel like truly, this woman who I never met but even had to think of discussing with someone how overwhelmed I'm feeling over her demise is in a place extremely better and beautiful than here. Rest on Ibidunni, like I always tell my dad too. With tears.
