Johnny is diagnosed with Fetal Alcohol syndrome. His biological mother abused drugs and alcohol while he was in the womb. Now, his adoptive sister has committed to be his guardian as they enter adulthood together.

I feel bad he can barely go beyond his street and that even on his street people have called his parents to warn them. Poor kid. He seems like a sweetheart. I just hope the police don't ever get called on him and don't understand that he is disabled. What a beautiful family.

God bless Johnny n his lovely family! I was misdiagnosed my entire life with autism, adhd/add, Asperger's, etc and just recently I discovered from my birth hospital paper work that I may just have Fetal Alcohol Syndrome or a derivative, as it was listed as a/the cause of my premature birth. To finally have the symptoms I have suffered with for over 30 years FINALLY identified, I can NOW seek proper assistance.

what a great sister, and a cute lil duo they make. it makes my heart sing that the sister has stepped up so much, and the way they communicate together. as a black man he will face many challenges but adding in a disability and it can almost a threat to his life with law enforcement and living in texas. so glad he has some support for now and the future. love your channel SBBSK! thanks for uploading so regularly.

Johnny is so sweet and has a special bond with his sister. I wonder if he wears a special identification bracelet with his info on it when he is outside alone. That way if someone did call the police they would be able to contact his parents. Also a good thing to let the local police dept know who he is and have his info on file.

Identical situation in my family. My parents were foster parents, they aren't clear with me about all the details because they don't want my sister with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome to know she was adopted. She had a stroke during pregnancy and was born with right side paralysis and intellectual disability. I understand this situation a lot, but my sister and I don't get along very well as she views me as her little brother who can't tell her what to do and will not listen to me. She gets along with her big sister much more and listens to her soooo that's that!
