I started my 1/18 collection about 1989 when the first 1/18 models were found at a luggage store in malls for desk display and ToysrUs soon after. The first models widely sold were the burago Countach, Jaguar XKE, Dodge Viper, and F40 and all in red. Those four have led to a house of thousands, an embarrassing amount of cash, but a enormous amount of good clean FUN!!!!! What does everyone think about a website maybe called Diecast Trader, where shall we say models would be " Snared and Shared" between all of us. We could find and sell 24/7 and possibly charge 3-5% to buyers/sellers just like the big boys. Just an idea or brain fart for someone to CASH IN on , I hope and I would BE IN!!!!! Oh Yeh, if this already exist outside of EBAYs greatest effort, please share your comments, THANKS for the MEMORIES...

Great idea but we have a couple of things like that. EBay is one but you also have Facebook diecast groups. In my country we have a second hand website with a lot of Diecast for a good price

Thanks for the shout-out Dude! 👍 I'm not that familiar with 1/43 scale so I had to look up Vitesse online, apparently they are often compared with Solido. They made a truck in 1/50 scale for UPS , but more likely to be found in the US than in Europe.

Not only Netherlands,it's hard to believe these kind of stores are there on earth. I would have made a small hut in this store and would've stayed here forever. @@DiecastDudeofficial Hi friend. Thanks for the compliments. We have been in COVID-19 lock-down here in NZ for the past 7-8 weeks, so all the stores except supermarkets and pharmacies were closed. Last week the govt relaxed lock-down as we have managed to almost eliminate transmission of the virus here now, so most stores have re-opened with special measures in place. Of course now they still have to sell their old HW stock first before they can order new stuff. Also, as was the case before our lock-down, I have not been able to find anything new to film in-store due to other collectors being too quick to get in and buy them. If my luck changes, I'll be able to post more videos. Thanks buddy ; )

Marc Baur I mean I only commented because he consistently does it. Another one is zooming in and literally slow panning over duplicates, while zooming back out from some unique stuff. The quality stuff you can normally tell when you see it even if not familiar with the brand. I mean for someone to have a YT channel dedicated to this stuff he should have more interest in the better stuff than the toy end stuff. It makes no sense to me anyway. Not being a hater - just my honest bit of critical input. Makes me want to check out these stores in Europe anyway
