Don't worry, if you can follow my advise you will get much better soon. I think you won't have much trouble with this issue. You should increase your exercise level gradually is that clear?

don't worry, exercise will be benefic for you, but you just need to go slowly and gradually..I.e. start by walking in your neighborhood ..

When i gave my speaking test ,a chinese person with a weird accent was my patient. I lost in speaking section alone.
