Hi Mam Jo!I watched all of your videos about speaking but i think I didn't fully understand what is the best reply when you asked a patient about his condition and his answer is wrong?what is the appopriate and polite way to response?thank you . BTW I'm not skipping the advertisement on your channel as my way of appreciating the information you give to us♥️

Hi Tina, thanks for your support! If the patient has incorrect information, politely correct them. For example, if they have the wrong information about a medical condition, you could say “that’s not quite right” and then explain the correct information. If they have incorrect information about the use or safety of medication or treatment, you could say “it’s good that you are researching how to manage your condition, but let me reassure you that xxx is very safe to use”
