when I turn on my Specialized Creo SL with range exstender in cage and plugged in and when I turn on Bike I only get the blue bars only and no green bars down at the bottom, why, is there a answer to this?

This is correct and how it is intended to function. There are ten blue lines for the internal battery and an overlay of five green bars that represent the external battery
