Species at Risk in Ontario: Protecting Our Most Vulnerable Species

Ontario has a number of species that find themselves in a precarious position, right at the edge of our fight to protect biological diversity. Although the threats and drivers behind population declines vary, the recovery of many plants and animals share common elements. Join us as we explore the back stories of some of Ontario’s most threatened SAR and the incredible steps communities are taking to turn the tides on their declines. We will discuss the policies and processes in place that guide SAR protection and the amazing people dedicated to community-led recovery action.
