My heterogeneity tests (B-Pagan, K-Basett, and white) on OLS are not significant which means the data is homoskedastic. The spatial model im using is spatial lag (based on the LM test), but when im running the lag model the B-pagan test changed to significant which means its heteroskedastic (p-value 0,03; im using 5% alpha). Can you give me a suggestion how or what im suppose to do for this situation? Is this a big problem or its still okay?
